Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Wild at Heart ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping soon.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Are your textiles and woods sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified wood and organic, fair-trade textiles to ensure our products are as kind to the planet as they are to your home.
